Once you confirm your order with the Well Planned Traveler, we will contact you within a few days to gather relevant and important details specific to your vacation. We will ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire from which we will choose your hotel, plan your itinerary and suggest restaurants according to your preferences and your budget. Communication between The Well Planned Traveler and yourself will be as frequent and in-depth as you would like.

Within the 1st week, we will produce a draft itinerary for each day of your trip. You will then make comments and if there are any changes to be made we will do so until you are completely satisfied with your itinerary.

We also welcome visitors who are already in NYC and request last minute suggestions on what to do. Information is provided through phone and email service during our extensive office hours.
